1. What is your payment policy?

We require payment on site for all jobs unless you have an account set up with us.  Please contact the office for the necessary forms.  We do accept checks, Visa, MasterCard and cash for your convenience.

2. Do you charge for travel?

Yes, we charge portal to portal for all jobs.

3. What is your service area?

Although we work primarily in Minnesota, the Dakotas, Iowa and Wisconsin, we can travel anywhere in the United States.

4. Do you provide rigging?

Yes, we always carry a limited amount of rigging (assorted chokers and nylon straps).  If you need special rigging or additional rigging you will need to request that in advance.

5. Do you have a man basket?

Yes, we have a man basket available upon request.
